At checkout you will be prompted to use either a Credit Card or PayPal. Lulibox uses SSL Secure Shopping. All your personal data is safe and secure. If those two options are not a choice, please contact Lulibox to set-up another form of payment.




I just placed my order. How long will it take to receive my LuliBox?


Orders are delivered by UPS or USPS. Orders placed on a business day before 3:00 pm EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following working business day. If you have a specific date that you would like your LuliBox delivered on please contact us for a quote!




Where does LuliBox ship to?


Currently, LuliBox only ships to the United States. If you live outside the United States and wish to send your loved-one a Lulibox, please contact Lulibox for a free shipping quote. ***Additional shipping costs will apply depending on country code, city, state and zip!




Can I track a package?


Tracking - Yes We usually send tracking numbers at the time we fulfill the order. You can also request a tracking number by simply contacting LuliBox and providing your email address.




Do you offer Free Shipping?


Yes! We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders over $150 shipping to the continental United States. Orders placed on a business day before 3:00 pm EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following working business day.

What is your return policy?
